Paperwork Needed

 

To apply for a loan, you will have to provide the lender with detailed documentation of your financial history. The lender will request a credit report from a credit agency and will verify the information provided in your loan application. Be prepared to provide the following:
 

  • Loan Application (Complete at RAFinancialcompany.com) "Apply Now"
  • (2) Years most recent Federal Tax Returns (1040's & All Schedules)
  • (2) Years W-2 Forms
  • 30 Days of Paystubs
  • (2) Months Of Bank Statements (All Pages even if last page is Blank)
  • Copy of Drivers License

Please Provide if asked by your Loan Officer
  • If Self Employed,  (2) years of Business Tax Returns (1120;s, K-1, etc)
  • (2) Monts Retirement and any Liquid Assets
  • Copy of Mortgage, Declarations Page of HOI, Property Tax, And HOA Statements for all residential Refinances
  • If you filed an extension, please provide a copy of the extension
  • Copy of Lease Agreements if you have owner the property less than 12 months and it cannot be found on the "Schedule E" of your Tax Returns
  • Residential Purchase Contract
  • Social Security Income (Award Letter)
  • Copy of DD Form 214 (VA Only)
